Voting Decisions and Ethical Leadership

If your assessment results in two red flag candidates, you may opt to vote for the person who "represents the lesser of two evils". Or you can leave the line on the ballot blank or write in a name. Your ballot will still count. And in this case, your vote won't endorse candidates who are not ethical leaders.
